The ActiveSpeed gives you all the information you need and allows you to share it live with your coach. It monitors, records, and shares speed (from GPS or wireless impeller), average speed, stroke rate (from the internal accelerometer), stroke count, Check, distance, time and heart rate. You can also program workouts on the unit and download data wirelessly using our DataFlow app.
