Erg Catch Length and Height Gauge

A common fault when erging is to over reach at the catch and to have undisciplined hand heights. This device clamps to the Erg and you adjust its position so that you just touch
the vertical numbered piece with the handle at full compression. You can also use the number markings to monitor whether your vertical hand movements are controlled or not (it is supplied with a numbered strip so that its position can be set accurately to suit different users).
